​Liverpool superstar Philippe Coutinho remains Barcelona’s top target for the January transfer window.

And the Catalans are preparing to let four players go to compensate the investment which they are about to make for Coutinho.

Mundo Deportivo are reporting that Barca have prepared the plan for January, which is to let four players leave in order to sign one huge star who would make a big difference.

Arda Turan is expected to be the first one to leave with Ernesto Valverde not considering him anymore as part of his plans.

Rafinha is the second one, with the player himself having expressed his desire to leave in the past.

He wants to find a club which is ready to give him more playing time before the World Cup in Russia.

Aleix Vidal prefers to stay at Camp Nou, but the club have decided to put him in the market as they have two solid right-backs, with Nelson Semedo and Sergi Roberto more than capable of doing the job.

Gerard Deulofeu is the last one on the list after he has failed to convince the club he deserves to stay.

Andre Gomes and Denis Suarez have also been linked with a move, but Valverde consideres the duo very important for his long term future plans.

These deparatures are expected to finance Philippe Coutinho’s transfer to the club, which is said that will cost the Blaugrana around 150million euros.
