After 14 league matches played, Zinedine Zidane’s men sit fourth in the table with four draws and two losses.
They currently sit eight points behind the leaders Barcelona.
They have reached the knockout stages of the competition, but only from the second place of their group.
However, it was reported in recent weeks that club captain Sergio Ramos and Cristiano Ronaldo are feuding in the dressing room.
The Portugese publicly criticised his team after 3-1 loss against Tottenham in the Champions League and that hasn’t gone down well with Ramos.
But according to Ramos, there’s no disagreement between himself and Ronaldo, with the Spaniard insisting the pair are friends.
“Nothing has ever happened between him and me,” the 31-year-old told TVE, per the Daily Mail. “There has always been a great friendship between us.
“We have a lot of personality and have some different opinions, but we’re pulling in the same direction.”
