The Catalan giants are on the verge of a historic unbeaten season, and have already wrapped up the LaLiga and Copa del Rey titles.
However, to stay competitive and return to the last four of the UEFA Champions League, the Blaugrana want to reshuffle their squad, according to Sport.
It has long been reported that Barcelona will activate Antoine Griezmann’s €100 million (R1.46 billion) release clause, and in order to fund the transfer, they are keen to sell a few players.
Andre Gomes is reportedly high on the club’s exit list after publicly admitting he struggles to cope with the pressure at the Camp Nou, and a number of Premier League sides believed to be chasing his services.
In addition, Paco Alcacer has failed to live up to expectations. The 24-year-old has scored only 15 goals since arriving at the club in 2016, and has started just 11 games all season.
Back-up left back Lucas Digne, attacking option Denis Suarez and right back/wing alternative Aleix Vidal are reportedly also among the candidates Barca could sell.
In addition, Rafinha (Inter Milan), Gerard Deulofeu (Watford) and Munir El Haddadi (Alaves) were loaned out this campaign, and the club seems keen to get all three off its books completely in the coming transfer window.
