This picture has been going round the net for some days now and I'm still yet to figure out what exactly is going on here.
What could the two officers be doing at that spot ? And what the h*ll is that ? A statue? Or what?
Some people also seem to be amazed at what's happening as seen in the background of the picture.
Hopefully we'll find out soon about what transpired in the picture. Until then though.
