Barcelona have been the club heavily linked with a move for the Brazilian star, but their three bids during the summer transfer window were all rejected by Liverpool.
The Merseyside club insisted in keeping their star man at all cost, despite the fact the player himself was desperate to make the move happen.
However, Mundo Deportivo are reporting that Barcelona remain very keen to secure the former Inter Milan’s services and ready to make move for him in January.
The report adds that now Liverpool have changed their mind and are willing to sell, but for a higher price.
They would only accept an offer in the region of 134million pounds, which is 20million more than the highest offer from the Catalans, which was 114million pounds.
Paris Saint-Germain remain also very interested to sign the player, but Coutinho wants Barca only.
