The 16-year-old striker scored 31 times for Barca's Cadete A side this season, and has appeared for Spain at the U-16 level.
Though the Catalans hoped to keep Moreno in their academy, the teenage star rejected their offer and will move to Juve, who will pay his release clause of €3 million (£3m/$4m).
