BREAKING: Real Madrid and Chelsea set to finalize Eden Hazard deal as Perez includes star player in swap deal plus cash transfer

​Real Madrid are set to offer Gareth Bale to Chelsea as part of a deal for Eden Hazard, according to OK Diario.

Hazard has gone on record to call Real Madrid his "dream club", but the winger also admitted he will not leave in January.

In an effort to trim the wage bill to fit Hazard's salary, Real are prepared to offer Bale to Chelsea in an effort to sweeten the deal.

However, it remains to be seen if Chelsea would be willing to pay Bale's massive contract, which expires in 2022.
