​Real Madrid president Florentino Perez remains interested in luring Chelsea star Eden Hazard to the Spanish capital, but not for more than £89 million ($115m), according to Don Balon.

Hazard has long made clear his wish to play for one of La Liga's top club's one day and Real Madrid have been heavily linked with a move for the Belgian since the exit of Cristiano Ronaldo.

This report claims that Hazard's price is lowering all the time he gets closer to the end of his Chelsea contract, which expires in 2020.

Perez apparently feels that his side should be able to secure the winger's services for no more than £89m, as he weighs up a potential January offer.
